Colored (art) laminated glass uses a tinted or pigmented PVB interlayer between glass lites, producing a permanent, richly colored laminated panel that combines the safety properties of standard laminated glass with a decorative color palette.

Manufacturing Process
- Colored interlayer lamination — A pigmented PVB interlayer film in the specified color is laminated between two glass lites using the standard heat/pressure autoclave lamination process.

- Safety properties retained — The finished laminated panel retains standard impact-retention, UV-blocking, and acoustic benefits of laminated glass.
