Precision-Fabricated Glass for Structural Applications

Tempered, heat-strengthened, laminated, insulated, and curved glass form the structural backbone of modern glazing. Each product is fabricated to code-compliant safety standards and custom-cut to your project drawings, from single panes to full IGU assemblies.

Tempered / Toughened Glass

Tempered (toughened) glass is heat-strengthened float glass, custom cut and shaped from 3mm to 19mm to match your project drawings rather than limited to standard stock sizes. Available in clear, ultra-clear, and tinted glass, and compatible with Low-E coating, printing, and lamination on the same order.

Heat-Strengthened Glass

Heat-strengthened glass is float glass heat-treated to roughly half the surface compression of fully tempered glass — increasing strength over annealed glass while offering better flatness and a lower spontaneous breakage risk than tempered glass. A common choice where optical quality and reliability matter as much as raw strength.

Laminated Glass

Laminated glass bonds two or more glass panes with a PVB (polyvinyl butyral) or SGP (SentryGlas-type) interlayer under heat and pressure, holding the assembly together on impact instead of allowing it to fall away. Configurable in glass type, thickness, and interlayer to target safety, security, acoustic, or UV-control performance.

Curved / Bent Glass

Curved (bent) glass is float glass heated until pliable and formed over a mold to a specified radius, then annealed, heat-strengthened, or tempered depending on the performance requirement. Used wherever flat glass can't achieve the design geometry.

Insulated Glass Units (IGU)

IGUs combine two or more glass lites separated by a spacer bar and a sealed, air- or gas-filled cavity, reducing heat transfer versus single-pane glazing. Can incorporate Low-E coatings, laminated lites, and gas fills (argon/krypton) to hit specific U-value and SHGC targets for your project.
